3 Collection and Processing of Personal Data when Visiting our Website

 4.1 Email Newsletter

This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. 4.2 CRM System

When communicating and/or cooperating with us, e.g. by e-mail, via a contact form on our website, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number, if applicable, or the personal data provided within the communication) will be stored by us, e.g. in order to answer your questions or to comply with the communication required for our business purposes.

In order to process and respond to your requests and messages as quickly as possible, we have connected our contact form with our customer relationship management tool (CRM tool) Pipedrive. The data submitted when filling out the form is transmitted to Pipedrive and stored there on Pipedrive servers.
